Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Conqueror's Dynasty account and associated data from inside the game or by contacting us without the app.

Permanent actionDeleted progress, virtual items, balances, purchases, and entitlements cannot be restored.

01IN THE GAME

Delete immediately

Open Conqueror's Dynasty and enter the game.
Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Enter your current player display name and confirm the permanent deletion.

02WITHOUT THE GAME

Request deletion by email

Email our support team with your player display name, player ID if available, and platform. We may reply to verify ownership before completing the request.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Data covered by deletion

Deleted or de-identified

Game account identifiers and player profile
Gameplay progress, castles, battles, and rankings
Virtual currency, inventory, cosmetics, and entitlements
Chat messages and linked Discord account information
Active session and account-access records

Limited records we may retain

We may retain the minimum transaction, moderation, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records that are reasonably necessary. These records are restricted, de-identified where possible, and kept only for as long as their legitimate purpose or applicable law requires.

Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancel recurring billing separately

Deleting your game account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. Cancel any active Royal Utility subscription before deleting the account to prevent future renewal charges.
